Agent confirms transfer talks with Tottenham boss Jose Mourinho

Rangers starlet agent Ianis Hagi revealed that Tottenham and Manchester City have both had talks with him about a potential transfer.

On loan from Belgian Genk club, the son of former Real Madrid and Barcelona star Gheorghe Hagi caught the eye in the Europa League, scoring twice and helping assists in three appearances in the competition.

Steven Gerrard’s team has the option of making the deal permanent at the end of the season for £ 4.5 million, which the Scottish side is likely to activate.

However, Hagi’s agent Giovani Becali said he had spoken to Spurs boss Jose Mourinho and city football director Txiki Begiristain about a possible transfer.
