A look at Lex’s life after the “crisis” [PREVIEW]

The CWit is Super girl need to take a little time after Alex (Chyler Leigh) the last episode of the virtual adventure almost led to very real disasters. Understandable, all things considered. But on Sunday April 26, Clark Kent’s cousin not only returns, but her real-world counterpart Melissa benoist also takes a trip behind the camera for his directorial debut. To mark the occasion, viewers get a Lex Luthor (Jon Cryer) a focused exit that almost looks like a “A Day in the Life of” episode, giving us a glimpse of what makes Lex vibrate (like a time bomb).

With just over three weeks to go, here is a little “first assignment” from the network: the first official promo and a preview of “Deus Lex Machina”. What catches our eye in the description below is not so much to watch Lex play the ringmaster (although it never gets old) as to promise to know more about the path to Lex’s power after the “crisis”, because you are about to see:

“Supergirl” season 5, episode 17 “Deus Lex Machina”: MELISSA BENOIST MAKES HER DIRECTOR BEGINNING – Lex (guest star Jon Cryer) proceeds to develop a complex plan to bring Lena (Katie McGrath) closer to him, defeating the Leviathan’s last attack, and pitting Supergirl (Melissa Benoist) and the team against Leviathan. It is also revealed how Lex came to power after the crisis. Melissa Benoist directed the episode with a story by Lindsay Sturman and a TV game by Katie Rose Rogers and Brooke Pohl.
