- After nine years, the dream of having a baby has finally come true for Dustin and Caren Moore.

Thanks to the adoption, the couple were able to bring their little girl home when the baby was only 8 days old in November 2019. But they had to fly with the little baby from Colorado to California, The Washington Post reported.

Dustin Moore posted their story on Twitter last week.

As babies do, the little girl needed a diaper change in mid-flight, and the new parents asked where they could clean it, ABC News reported.

Jenny, a flight attendant and a passenger asked the couple why they were flying with a newborn baby, and the Moores explained their adoption story.

Another flight attendant, Bobby, asked the Moores for more information on their bundle of joy.

A few minutes later, Bobby climbed into the aircraft's intercom system, saying, "Ladies and gentlemen, there is a very special guest on the flight today. She is only 8 days old and she is going home with her mom and dad. The Moores told the Washington Post.

Then Bobby handed out towels and pens if anyone wanted to leave a message for the family, Dustin Moore said on Twitter.

Some were read through the loudspeaker before being collected and handed over to the Moores. Flight attendants Jenny and Bobby, who are actually married to each other, also gave the family a pair of pilot wings for their daughter.

Their story apparently struck near their home for a passenger, who wrote, "I was adopted 64 years ago. Thank you for giving this child a loving family of which he will be a part. We adopted children need a little extra love. Congratulations. "

The towels now have a place of honor in a book by Dustin Moore’s mother, and he contacted Southwest Airlines to tell them what the flight attendants had done for them, the Post reported.

A similar thing happened when Jenny and Bobby got married and wanted to pass it on to someone else, the Post reported.
